Senior Business Development Manager, Affiliates & KOLs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Expert Knowledge: Exhibit comprehensive understanding of the cryptocurrency sector, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and key stakeholders, to make well-informed business choices.

• Affiliate Recruitment: Actively seek out and engage new affiliates, such as crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and educational platforms, nurturing strategic alliances to strengthen our network.

• Results-Driven Approach: Execute strategies and campaigns to achieve quantifiable outcomes, concentrating on content creation, boosting trading volume, acquiring new users, and facilitating active transactions via affiliate channels.

• Relationship Building: Develop and sustain robust business connections with affiliates, ensuring their needs are addressed and aligning their strategies with our business goals for mutual growth.

• Partnership Expansion: Initiate and engage in discussions with partners to explore opportunities for enhancing collaboration and fortifying existing relationships, both locally and globally.

• Collaboration with Marketing and Product Team: Work closely with team members from the local market and product departments, offering valuable market insights to refine product offerings and attract qualified users.

• Competitor Analysis: Remain informed about competitors' strengths and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to adjust our strategies, maintain a competitive advantage, and exploit market opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English

• Demonstrated experience in affiliate development within the cryptocurrency industry, particularly in the LATAM region

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret market data to inform strategic decisions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented approach, with a commitment to achieving and surpassing objectives

• Comprehensive understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in LATAM.
