This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• KOL Management: Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote the exchange within the NEA region. Manage relationships with KOLs serving as premier trader ambassadors, ensuring their alignment with the exchange's brand image and values.
• Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with KOLs to design promotional campaigns, events, and collaborative initiatives.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assess the performance metrics of KOLs and produce reports to evaluate their influence on user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
• Strategy Development: Work closely with marketing and product teams to formulate strategies that leverage KOLs to boost the exchange's market presence and expand its user base.
• Previous experience in business development within the crypto or platform industry.
• Exceptional language proficiency in both the local language and English.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data, recognizing trends to enhance business performance.
• Excellent decision-making abilities in uncertain situations.
• A proactive approach to challenge existing norms and advocate for innovative ideas, acting as a change agent.
• Familiarity with offshore markets related to digital asset spot trading, derivatives, and margin lending is a significant plus.
