📋 Description

• Engages with our Enterprise Accounts customers to foster relationships and influence key decision-makers.

• Works in collaboration with Autodesk internal teams, customers, and relevant industry ecosystem stakeholders to create, implement, and expand strategic engagements aimed at driving growth.

• Coordinates with Global Business Development's initiatives within the region, primarily focusing on the Data Center sectors.

• Influences customer business strategies and guides decision-makers through actionable thought leadership.

• Cultivates essential and effective relationships with executive-level and senior-level AEC customers and personas.

• Converts customer business initiatives, challenges, and opportunities into distinct business value for Autodesk, ensuring that the Autodesk team provides Business Value to their client accounts.

• Serves as the "Thought Leader" for "Digital Transformation" industry processes, representing Autodesk, its technology, and interests with customers, industry associations, Autodesk events, and conferences.

• Develops and implements ecosystem strategic programs for customers, owners, AEC industries, and associations, running initiatives that influence customers of our customers and their supply chains. Engagements should yield tangible outputs (e.g., artifacts, strategy documents, next steps) with measurable downstream impacts.

• Identifies and executes new growth opportunities for Autodesk.

• Aids customer teams in meeting growth and revenue objectives with both existing and new clients; collaborates closely with Sales, Technical Solution Engineers, Autodesk Consulting, Customer Success Managers, and Support Specialists to identify and qualify opportunities.

• Drives strategic initiatives to enhance the impact of Autodesk customers on the broader industry ecosystem.

• Functions as a translator and connector among customers, partners, Sales, and Product within Autodesk.

• Ensures a consistent Industry approach for Field stakeholders, including Sales Management, Enterprise Account Sales, Territory Sales, and Overlay Product Sales Teams.

• Collaborates with Industry Strategy and Product teams, providing valuable insights for mid and long-term strategy.

• Understands the competitive landscape and identifies where Autodesk can establish a distinctive perspective for customers.

• Provides active leadership and visibility within industry councils, standards bodies, and external communities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of direct experience within the AECO industry (owner, operator, EPC, GC, or equivalent), and/or relevant sales or business development experience.

• Credible and well-versed in business and technology trends in Autodesk's target industries.

• Knowledgeable about common customer pain points related to the industry.

• Familiar with modern and agile processes in the AEC sector and understands the asset lifecycle from design to operations.

• Excellent grasp of technology trends within the AECO industry.

• Experienced in presenting digital transformation and platform use cases.

• Ability to lead strategic discussions with owners and C-suite stakeholders, shaping executive perspectives, influencing investment choices, and driving directional change.

• Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of engaging at various levels within a client organization.

• Possesses a "Challenger & change maker mentality" that enables the delivery of "Thought Leadership" perspectives to decision-makers.

• Driven to make a positive impact on Autodesk's business.

• Insights or experience with the competitive landscape is preferred.

• Acts proactively, thoughtfully, decisively, and with integrity.

• A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to unite individuals.

• Strong networking abilities.
