This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identification and qualification of business opportunities: You assess and prioritize leads generated from marketing and SDR efforts, while also independently discovering new business opportunities through research, analysis, and direct outreach.
• Active new customer acquisition (outbound sales): You create and manage targeted prospecting lists, utilizing networking, referrals, and outbound strategies to systematically generate new customer contacts.
• Customer outreach and lead engagement: You reach out to potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media), customizing your approach for each individual and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
• Conducting sales presentations and needs analyses: You showcase products and services, assess customer needs, and craft tailored solution proposals for prospective clients.
• Building relationships and networks: You cultivate a robust network and sustain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders while actively participating in events and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Negotiation and contract closing: You oversee the entire closing process, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure that deals are completed efficiently and systematically.
• Pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration: You maintain the CRM pipeline, generate sales-related reports and forecasts, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, SDR, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Several years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience in active new customer acquisition or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Exceptional sales skills, including negotiation and closing expertise.
• Proficient use of CRM systems and standard sales tools.
• Business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Additional languages are a plus.
