This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Generate and convert leads across essential market segments to meet sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with enterprise, government, and partner accounts.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies, pricing, and negotiation plans aimed at growth and profitability.
• Oversee RFPs/RFIs/Tenders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Discover new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to broaden reach.
• Prepare and deliver precise sales forecasts, plans, and reports.
• Define and articulate product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for diverse personas.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature introductions.
• Work in conjunction with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards.
• Assist in demand generation campaigns through persona-driven content (blogs, videos, webinars, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Track and evaluate campaign and sales performance metrics to enhance results.
• Manage budgets for marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and events.
• Offer actionable insights and recommendations to boost conversion and revenue growth.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Experience in the US market is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, business development, or product marketing.
• Proven track record in selling and positioning SaaS-based IT solutions/products.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and consistently reaching revenue targets.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• A team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration and a sense of ownership.
