This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Utilize established relationships with elite sports contacts to create a robust pipeline that consistently meets quarterly objectives.
• Oversee negotiations with C-suite executives, Sporting Directors, Heads of Performance, and Technical Directors.
• Identify and cultivate strategic collaborations with federations, leagues, and relevant distributors.
• Experience in market expansion.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Employ a methodical approach to ensure consistent results.
• Prepare sales quotes and orders promptly and professionally, ensuring all information is accurate and error-free.
• Exhibit proactivity, creativity, organization, and a strong work ethic to complete daily responsibilities and drive sales growth.
• Focus on continuous improvement in personal performance and processes.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Sports Technology setting.
• Extensive experience selling GPS or comparable Sports Tech products.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure commercial contracts.
• A well-established and active network within elite sports in your region.
• Demonstrated capability to penetrate new markets and secure Tier 1 clients.
• A genuine passion for and understanding of sports.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and expand relationships with key stakeholders.
• High level of commercial insight and strategic thinking.
• Experience selling in complex, politically charged buying environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region and internationally.
