This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and implement the hunting strategy for acquiring new clients and projects in Data and AI.
• Actively prospect the market (C-level, Data Leaders, IT, Business) to identify strategic opportunities.
• Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, consultative diagnosis, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Design consultative value propositions in collaboration with Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI teams.
• Oversee RFI, RFP, and Statement of Work (SoW) processes.
• Identify and quantify the commercial value of proposed solutions (business cases).
• Coordinate pilots, PoCs, and executive presentations as required.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology partners on demand generation strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets (revenue, pipeline, and closures).
• Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Systems, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in technology consulting.
• Strong background in hunting, market entry, and acquiring new clients.
• Solid track record in selling Data projects, such as: Data/Cloud Platforms, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Data Governance, AI, and ML.
• Ability to lead executive conversations and complex sales processes.
• Results-oriented, autonomous, and strategic thinker.
• Experience in selling professional services and consulting models.
• Advanced English for interaction with clients and international teams.
