This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to create qualified sales opportunities.
• Interact with C-level and VP-level decision-makers across various sectors, including manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics.
• Oversee initial outreach through outbound calls and strategic follow-up emails.
• Keep precise CRM records and guarantee ongoing follow-up and activity monitoring.
• Work in tandem with the Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to foster pipeline development.
• 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in high-volume outbound sales settings.
• Proven success in scheduling meetings with senior executives, ideally in non-tech or traditional sectors.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an advanced level.
• Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in outbound sales efforts.
• Established track record of meeting or surpassing quotas, with references to support.
• Experience in selling to the US market.
