This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to create qualified sales leads.
• Interact with C-level and VP-level decision-makers across various sectors, including manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics.
• Oversee initial outreach through outbound calls and targeted follow-up emails.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure regular follow-up and tracking of activities.
• Work together with the Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to enhance pipeline development.
• 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales settings.
• Proven success in scheduling meetings with senior executives, ideally within non-tech or traditional sectors.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at an advanced level.
• Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in the realm of outbound sales.
• A history of meeting or surpassing quotas, with references to support this.
• Experience in selling to the US market.
