This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Assist the VP of Revenue Operations with the preparation of pro formas.

• Analyze and review revenue alongside provider data utilizing hospital and surgery center case log information.

• Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to identify suitable payor rates.

• Calculate anticipated revenue and anesthesia units.

• Conduct market research on provider compensation to create pro formas.

• Formulate staffing strategies.

• Produce OR Utilization reports for potential clients.

• Execute specialized strategic analyses as required using Definitive, Salesforce, and historical data.

• Keep a historical record of all proposals and data.

• Prepare presentation decks for client meetings and update collateral as necessary.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar capacity.

• 2-3 years of preferred experience in the healthcare industry.

• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite.

• Comprehensive understanding of various business functions.

• Capability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required.
