Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business owners and end users to identify needs, including those that may not be immediately expressed.

• Establish and document precise business requirements along with solution designs.

• Examine the intricacies of business processes and convert insights into requirements that align with enterprise goals.

• Determine necessary requirements to guarantee end-to-end service performance from the perspective of the end user.

• Assist business owners in conveying the benefits of solutions to key stakeholders.

• Deliver accurate project effort estimates and evaluate the effects of changes in business strategy.

• Facilitate the assessment of solution alternatives and support decision-making that is consistent with the target architecture.

• Spot opportunities to develop reusable enterprise services and capabilities.

• Inform technical teams about the business context, objectives, and priorities associated with each project.

• Exhibit expertise in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Scrum or Agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Practical experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps.

• Background in the CRO (Contract Research Organization) sector, supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is essential (ranging from B2 level to C1/C2).

• Must be based in Central or South America.
