• Over 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Extensive experience in the Financial Services sector.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, automation, and analytics platforms) to enhance productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making.

• Established expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Capable of converting business needs into both functional and technical requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.

• Ability to drive process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship development.

• Ability to influence and work collaboratively across various teams and organizational levels.

• Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Preferred: Experience in the Real Estate industry.

• Proficient in working with data/SQL.
