This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Develop and enhance strategic partnerships with both potential and current clients.
• Take ownership of commercial Data and Analytic Commercialization opportunities, guiding them from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contracting.
• Facilitate client meetings and strategic business reviews to identify needs, strengthen relationships, and expand value.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, legal, and leadership to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and executed effectively throughout the sales process.
• Act as a strategic escalation point during implementation, aiding in issue resolution and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Convert market trends, competitive insights, and client feedback into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Maintain robust operational discipline by documenting progress, managing deadlines, and monitoring key metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of relevant experience in data commercialization, sales, business development, strategy, consulting, product, or client-facing roles within a professional setting.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, pharmacy, data, or analytics.
• Strong executive presence, capable of communicating credibly and confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and navigating complex business-to-business sales environments.
• Experience leading strategic client discussions that drive business results and profitable growth.
• Proven track record in leading commercial contract negotiations, with the discernment to differentiate between standard business decisions and those requiring legal review, successfully driving deals to fully executed agreements.
• Self-motivated individual with strong judgment, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Practical experience with CRM and contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Salesforce and Icertis) for managing pipeline, contracts, and deal execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is an advantage.
