This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate opportunities for comprehensive energy solutions.
• Create and implement market and account strategies to meet annual sales and growth targets.
• Establish and maintain advisory relationships with County Judges, Commissioners Courts, City Managers, CFOs, and key executive stakeholders within public sector clients.
• Oversee proposal strategy and development, coordinating with internal teams in engineering, finance, and development.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts that align with customer objectives and adhere to Ameresco standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sustainability, engineering, economics, finance, environmental science, or business.
• At least 8 years of progressive local experience in marketing construction services, consulting services, energy efficiency, or renewable technology.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing and leading sales and project development teams in the Southern US.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing, issued by the state of residence.
