This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring top-notch quality and alignment with customer needs and PEXA's strategic goals.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with senior customer stakeholders, positioning yourself as a valued partner rather than just a vendor.
• Represent PEXA at customer forums, industry events, and engagements with executives.
• Lead discovery workshops and scoping sessions with C-suite executives and senior operational leaders.
• Deliver impactful, insight-driven product demonstrations.
• Assist in the creation of business cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate in-depth design workshops to gain insights into customer processes, operating models, and strategic objectives.
• Develop scalable and robust solutions that maximize value from PEXA adoption.
• Provide assurance on delivery throughout customer programs by collaborating with Client Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage key risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Advocate for best practices across scope, design, testing, and readiness activities.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that support customer outcomes and promote internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with customers post go-live to discover optimization opportunities and benefit realization initiatives.
• Offer market and customer insights that shape PEXA's product strategy and roadmap.
• Contribute to the advancement of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards.
• Mentor and assist colleagues within the Client Delivery team.
• Provide leadership on cross-functional initiatives and potentially lead a multidisciplinary team as the business expands.
• Substantial experience in the UK property industry, preferably in mortgage lending, conveyancing, or related sectors.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or leadership roles related to transformation.
• Proven history of delivering large-scale digital and operational transformation projects.
• Significant experience in leading pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, business case development, and engaging executive stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the entire product lifecycle, from delivery and implementation to operational support and continuous improvement.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, with or without formal line management responsibilities.
• Experience working with international teams across various time zones is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at both executive and operational levels.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and provide clarity on complex challenges.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent initiatives.
