Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Direct the enterprise reporting strategy, architecture, and solution implementation for Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

• Develop reporting roadmaps, governance protocols, reporting inventories, and overarching enterprise reporting strategies.

• Act as the reporting architecture leader for Oracle transformation initiatives;

• Oversee reporting assessments and rationalization projects to enhance reporting portfolios;

• Design reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion;

• Manage report inventory evaluations, reporting migration strategies, and transformation initiatives;

• Create scalable reporting solutions by utilizing Oracle Cloud best practices;

• Ensure consistency between security models, data access controls, and reporting needs;

• Develop executive, management, financial, operational, and regulatory reporting solutions;

• Set reporting standards and best practices across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM environments;

• Facilitate the integration of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM reporting frameworks to support enterprise-wide reporting;

• Define strategies for executive dashboards and KPI frameworks;

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business stakeholders;

• Guide reporting consultants, developers, and analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline;

• Over 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP and EPM implementations;

• More than 8 years focused on reporting, analytics, and performance management solutions;

• Proven experience leading enterprise reporting workstreams during Oracle Cloud transformations;

• Background in working with global organizations and complex reporting ecosystems;

• Experience in establishing reporting governance frameworks and Centers of Excellence;

• Expertise in Oracle Reporting: Oracle Fusion Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), SQL, Data Modeling, and Reporting Security;

• Proficient in Oracle EPM Reporting: Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, Management Reporting, Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting;

• Functional expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle EPBCS, Oracle FCCS;

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and enterprise reporting initiatives;

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred: Oracle Cloud Certifications in ERP, EPM, Analytics, or Reporting technologies;

• Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau integrations;

• Experience in designing enterprise reporting catalogs and report inventories;

• History of leading reporting assessments and operating model initiatives;

• Consulting experience related to large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
