This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate to develop the leadership strategy for the Alliance, providing guidance to JGI staff.
• Support the creation of the agenda for the Alliance gathering.
• Lead a 1-2 hour interactive session with members of the Alliance.
• Review the strategic plan materials for the Alliance and evaluate the current situation.
• Engage in planning sessions for the upcoming workshop.
• Prepare a report that outlines recommendations for the leadership and management strategy of the Alliance.
• Proven experience with nonprofits, community-focused organizations, and/or coalitions.
• Relevant credentials in environmental studies or community development.
• Understanding of strategic planning methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate workshops in an effective manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
