Senior Business Analyst – Technology Consulting, German Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Participate in transformational initiatives for clients within the financial sector, particularly banks, insurance firms, and investment companies.

• Assume a pivotal role in the analysis, design, coordination, and execution of digital and technology-driven transformation projects.

• Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders and IT teams, converting complex business needs into clear, organized requirements and solution designs.

• Actively engage in delivery planning, project governance, and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid settings.

• Take charge of workstreams, aid in decision-making, and contribute to successful project outcomes while progressively embracing broader leadership responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a related field; interdisciplinary backgrounds (business combined with technology, digital transformation, analytics, management, or communication) are encouraged.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation projects, with exposure to banking, insurance, or other regulated sectors, either in functional or project-oriented roles.

• Demonstrated experience in delivery-focused roles, including Business Analyst positions, project governance or agile transformation initiatives, product or service coordination, and consulting roles with significant stakeholder engagement across business and IT.

• Extensive experience in stakeholder-facing positions, with the ability to work confidently across business and IT teams at various seniority levels.

• A solid understanding of, or keen interest in, technology-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business transformation.

• An interest in areas such as business and data analytics, automation (e.g., RPA), agile delivery, software development lifecycle, digital platforms, and IT-supported business processes.

• Experience or exposure to project delivery, governance, or transformation initiatives is a notable advantage.

• The capability to analyze, structure, and simplify complex topics and convert them into actionable results.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within international and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in German at B2-C1 level and English at C1 level in a professional context.

• A proactive, responsible approach to work with a readiness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.

• A strong motivation to continuously enhance professional skills and gradually take on more complex responsibilities.
