Senior Business Analyst – TD, E-TD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the business needs of customers and convey them to technical teams.

• Serve as a bridge between business clients and technical teams.

• Assist in achieving the client’s organizational transformation objectives.

• Establish the scope and objectives while developing systems that align with business strategies.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops.

• Create BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, success criteria, and contribute to business case development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Not exceeding 12 years of professional experience.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree plus an MBA.

• Business Analyst certification is preferred.

• Solid understanding of business case writing and BPM.

• Strong expertise in process design and reengineering.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and gap analysis.
