Senior Business Analyst, Support Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intricate financial, business, and operational data.

• Generate analyses related to financial, business trends, and operational aspects of products, services, projects, and business activities.

• Collaborate with business sectors to comprehend and prioritize their needs and processes.

• Track benchmarks and market trends while preparing financial forecasts.

• Plan and assist in process improvement efforts and the implementation of best practices.

• Construct comparative matrices utilizing total cost/benefit analyses.

• Aid in the creation of financial proformas and evaluations of products/services.

• Develop and sustain financial reporting tools to support business decisions.

• Compile reports, graphs, charts, presentations, and other supporting documents.

• Facilitate the development of business policies and procedures.

• Design, implement, and assess operational and process improvement projects.

• Suggest cost-saving measures and opportunities for standardization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.

• Generally, 5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and budgeting.

• Proven knowledge of specific departmental functions and processes.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) or equivalent applications.

• Proficient in preparing, importing, and manipulating data in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

• Strong analytical abilities for making data-driven decisions and recommendations.

• Capability to facilitate process improvement initiatives.

• Robust project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage professionally with providers, leadership, and staff.

• Preferred: experience with Microsoft tools, including Power BI.

• Preferred: utilizing Power BI to connect data sources and create visual representations.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with business leaders.

• Preferred: experience working alongside external vendors.

• Preferred: familiarity with Epic and/or Workday.

• Minimal travel required.
