Senior Business Analyst, Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth root cause analysis on intricate business challenges, distill insights, and formulate clear recommendations.

• Create and present executive-level presentations as required.

• Assume responsibility for project deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with analytics partners, business stakeholders, and management.

• Design trainings, establish standard operating procedures, and develop tracking capabilities for field leaders.

• Offer analytical and project support for internal strategy consulting and Design for the Future initiatives.

• Assist in the rollout and implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Manage routine and ad-hoc requests within a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is required.

• Over 4 years of demonstrated success in analytical and project management capacities.

• A proven history of developing strategies to address complex business challenges.

• Proficiency in creating and structuring data frameworks.

• Experience in extracting data from various systems to produce analytical insights.

• Skilled in gathering, organizing, and accurately reporting information and data.

• Ability to build consensus, lead workstreams, and propel project progression.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact at all organizational levels.

• Strong presentation abilities, including experience presenting to senior management.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access or comparable analytical software.

• SQL knowledge is advantageous.

• Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy is preferred.

• Background in distribution, retail, CPG, or related industries is desirable.
