Senior Business Analyst – ROI, Customer Impact

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop ROI models and business cases for customer implementations.

• Examine extensive operational datasets to uncover trends, patterns, bottlenecks, and potential opportunities.

• Generate customer-centric impact reports that illustrate the value Listo provides.

• Assess pre-rollout and post-rollout performance whenever data is accessible.

• Establish appropriate metrics: customer success, operational efficiency, staff performance, response times, task completion, and adoption rates.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance tracking, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

• Create internal tools, templates, and frameworks to facilitate consistent ROI analysis.

• Engage directly with US-based clients to gather assumptions, validate data, and share insights.

• Assist Sales and Customer Success teams with quantifiable value narratives and client-specific business cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a related field.

• Strong background in analyzing business or operational data.

• Proficient in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and solid SQL skills.

• Demonstrated experience in constructing ROI models, business cases, or impact reports.

• Advanced proficiency in English — both written and spoken (client interactions with U.S. teams).

• Capability to work independently on ambiguous issues.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
