Senior Business Analyst – ITOM, ITAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements and user stories for ServiceNow projects.

• Identify customer needs, devise strategies, create plans/proposals, and offer recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes and functions.

• Take ownership of business requirements and establish priority agreements with clients and end users.

• Perform impact analysis on current business processes and operations.

• Generate functional specifications, wireframes, and mock-ups for delivery teams.

• Collaborate with the technical team to conduct demonstrations and presentations for client end users.

• Assist in writing test scripts that include acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate testing/UAT and secure agreement on priorities with clients and end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow with a focus on ITOM and ITAM.

• Comprehensive knowledge of business process architecture principles applicable to cloud-based platforms.

• Significant experience with ServiceNow Platforms in areas such as Integration, Security Center, Upgrades, Debugging, and Custom Applications.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex scenarios.

• Proficient relationship management skills across all organizational levels.

• Competent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
