Senior Business Analyst – eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Working in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager and the eCommerce team to identify and evaluate business needs for designated projects.

• Evaluating the business implications of requirements and outlining the current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes for each initiative.

• Recognizing measurable benefits for each project and ensuring they are in alignment with the strategic goals of the eCommerce roadmap.

• Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolving issues to guarantee that project requirements are met to perfection.

• Fostering strong relationships with essential business team members to promote effective collaboration.

• Engaging effectively with all teams within LGC IT and the Standards business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• A formal qualification in business analysis and requirements definition at the practitioner level.

• Proven experience in delivering eCommerce projects.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Expertise in utilizing Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio for documenting business requirements.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to provide balanced updates to senior business stakeholders.
