Senior Business Analyst – Credit Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic liaison between Risk and Credit Recovery and other relevant business sectors, ensuring cohesive action.

• Design, oversee, and report on credit performance metrics, with an emphasis on portfolio growth.

• Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities.

• Recommend enhancements to credit policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Credit and Collections, Economics, or similar fields.

• Experience in the financial sector (fintechs, payments industry, or other financial institutions).

• Familiarity with receivables anticipation/financing and credit card systems.

• Professional experience with Business Intelligence tools (Metabase, Power BI, Excel, etc.).

• Knowledge of credit metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Proficient in SQL and Python.
