Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acting as a bridge between business units and technology teams to establish processes, pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement, and implement new functionalities.

• Documenting stakeholder requirements, assessing and tracking process efficiency, and overseeing project development and management.

• Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing business and industry data utilizing data analytics tools, including KPIs, financial reports, and other essential metrics.

• Collaborating with subject matter experts and technical teams during the planning, design, and development of innovative information system solutions.

• Facilitating discovery sessions to uncover opportunities that provide exceptional customer experiences and significantly improve operational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.

• A decade of experience in performing business analyst functions, capable of working independently and serving as the lead analyst.

• Familiarity with Salvation Army business practices is preferred.

• One or more relevant certifications are preferred upon hire.
