• Take ownership of comprehensive functional workflows that encompass Salesforce, Salesforce Mobile, middleware, and SAP.
• Convert business challenges into precise functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation scenarios.
• Analyze current system performance through reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc data evaluations.
• Direct test planning and execution across both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with business testers, sales representatives, and subject matter experts to validate practical use cases.
• Serve as a functional escalation point for production-related issues.
• Clearly communicate with business stakeholders regarding status updates, impacts, and subsequent steps.
• Create and assess Salesforce reports and Power BI outputs to track transaction volumes, trends, and anomalies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience supporting Salesforce, Salesforce Mobile, ERM, ERP, and/or enterprise business applications.
• Proven experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolving production issues, and obtaining business sign-offs.
• Skilled in analyzing and clarifying data discrepancies and system behavior.
• Salesforce Admin certification is preferred.
• Experience in an Agile Development environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes.
