Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather, analyze, communicate, and confirm requirements for modifications to business processes, policies, and/or systems.

• Identifies business challenges associated with personnel, processes, and/or technology and converts them into effective process solutions.

• Evaluates business requirements and crafts effective solutions with minimal supervision while engaging with the business.

• Assists in creating innovative solutions that align with business needs.

• Undertakes specialized projects; addresses complex issues and formulates unconventional solutions through advanced analytical reasoning.

• Analyzes the internal and external business landscape.

• Suggests best practices to enhance processes or services.

• Explains challenging concepts to the team to foster understanding and alignment.

• Generally requires 5+ years of related professional experience.
