📋 Description

• Facilitate, map, and recommend solutions to address business requirements.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of clients' business needs.

• Suggest business solutions that effectively satisfy those needs.

• Support the development team by taking responsibility for work items during each Sprint.

• Assist the Product Owner in breaking down business needs for clarity.

• Uncover the genuine needs of stakeholders.

• Assist in development-related tasks, focusing on the elicitation and documentation of both functional and non-functional software requirements.

• Manage your own workload and promptly inform the team of any potential delays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Understanding of the operational aspects of the systems you work with.

• Ability to identify and visually map business needs in a practical manner.

• Represent business needs through maps, business requirements, and user stories.

• Strong foundation in business analysis and business process concepts, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.

• Facilitation skills with experience in conducting workshops using techniques such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design.

• Familiarity with business analysis practices, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and agile requirements.

• Comprehend existing business processes, products, services, and their governing rules.

• Understand the needs of business managers and clients/users to propose effective solutions.

• Knowledge of SCRUM and Lean Startup methodologies.
