Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in BCBS239-compliant data governance, documentation, and regulatory reporting efforts associated with securitisation.

• Document comprehensive data lineage and governance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Perform and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), encompassing test automation tasks.

• Evaluate and correlate business requirements with data and reporting solutions.

• Examine and confirm data requirements for thoroughness and alignment with business objectives.

• Support data products, address data-related challenges, and improve data usability.

• Work collaboratively with Treasury, Product Owners, Business Intelligence, and IT teams to establish precise source-to-target mappings.

• Establish and oversee data quality controls to enhance data accuracy and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of banking and regulatory reporting, including COREP and ESMA securitisation reporting.

• Strong comprehension of securitisation reporting frameworks.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with DWVault and BDS queries.

• Competence in source-to-target data mapping.

• Skills in data quality testing and validation.

• Experience in data reconciliation.

• Familiarity with data governance and data lineage documentation.

• Capability in business process documentation.

• Understanding of BPMN 2.0.

• Management of data dictionaries and glossaries.

• Creation and upkeep of lineage diagrams.

• Analysis and mapping of business requirements.

• Planning, execution, and documentation of UAT.

• Stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork.

• Experience in documenting data models, reporting architectures, and data flows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Nice to have: Experience with AWS.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Data Mesh.

• Nice to have: Skills in test automation scripting.

• Nice to have: Experience with BCBS239 data governance frameworks.
