Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document product features, taking into account both business and technical aspects.

• Implement best practices when defining a backlog and documenting user stories.

• Actively facilitate and participate in requirement understanding meetings.

• Collaborate closely with the development team.

• Assist the client and the team in defining the scope within an agile framework.

• Update product backlog priorities according to the roadmap, negotiating with the Product Owner.

• Address dependencies that may impact the project.

• Encourage the team to take an active role in refinements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in documenting and creating user stories, as well as UML diagrams.

• Ability to moderate effective meetings.

• Strong understanding of service definition and capability to test it.

• Knowledge of system architecture (advantageous).

• Skills in slicing functionalities.

• Outstanding analytical skills and negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with techniques such as story mapping, impact mapping, and sketching.
