Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive discovery processes, ranging from stakeholder interviews to in-depth technical analyses.

• Translate business requirements into clear, testable, and prioritized criteria.

• Create process and system maps (BPMN, UML) to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.

• Recognize integration points within complex enterprise environments (ERP, CRM, CMS, APIs, data platforms).

• Work collaboratively with Engineering Managers and Technical Leads to develop scalable, future-oriented architectures.

• Assess technical feasibility, security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Break down complex solutions into manageable, trackable increments.

• Lead the requirements gathering process during presales and RFP engagements.

• Collaborate with Delivery & Engineering teams to formulate solution proposals.

• Establish credibility with C-level executives and technical teams by connecting technology to business outcomes.

• Ensure that delivery results align with the intended business objectives.

• Utilize analytics and data to confirm return on investment (ROI).

• Promote continuous improvement of delivered solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT / Technical Business Analyst roles across various industries.

• Demonstrated success in large-scale, multi-system integration projects.

• Strong expertise in digital product delivery from the discovery phase through to launch.

• Proficient in BPMN/UML and process mapping techniques.

• Solid grasp of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.

• Capable of reading and validating technical documentation (API specifications, database schemas).

• Practical experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and foundational data analysis skills.

• Familiar with analytics tools (Power BI, GA4, Looker).

• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, applicable from executive boardrooms to development standups.

• Ability to distill complexity while maintaining essential details.

• Proficient in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and refining backlogs.

• Experience in managing stakeholders in high-pressure, multi-party settings.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+ level).

• Familiar with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Lucidchart.
