Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze complex and ambiguous business challenges, transforming them into clear insights and recommendations that create significant impact;

• Develop analyses and dashboards that facilitate informed business decisions across various sectors, including credit risk, operations, finance, and others;

• Identify operational inefficiencies, reengineer processes, and suggest automation solutions to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk;

• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating needs into precise requirements while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, including leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in SQL/Excel (Python experience is advantageous);

• Comprehensive business acumen, extending beyond mere data knowledge;

• Flexibility to navigate various contexts and priorities without sacrificing attention to detail;

• Excellent communication skills and mature stakeholder management, including effective engagement with leadership;

• Ownership mentality—proactive in providing solutions;

• Self-awareness and maturity to manage ambiguity and frequent changes in context;

• Initiative in recognizing bottlenecks and areas for improvement before they escalate into major issues.

• The following are additional advantages:

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst, in consulting, or in business analytics roles;

• Background in fintech, credit, or financial services;
