This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.
• Assist in the daily management and ongoing enhancement of our business systems, including CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and internal tools.
• Diagnose system issues, oversee enhancement requests, and propose process improvements that elevate the employee experience.
• Contribute to the assessment and implementation of new technologies and workflows as the company evolves.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance documentation, reporting, workflow automation, or operational efficiency.
• Develop, sustain, and refine dashboards and reporting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
• Ensure that business data remains accurate, organized, and actionable through continuous data quality initiatives.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports that assist in business planning and decision-making.
• Provide support for our CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), marketing automation platform (HubSpot), and other business applications.
• Aid in maintaining integrations among core business systems to guarantee reliable data flow and operational efficiency.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and discover opportunities for automation.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding by ensuring that employees have access to the necessary business systems and documentation.
• Keep internal documentation, process guides, and knowledge base resources up to date.
• Offer training and ongoing support to enable employees to effectively utilize business applications.
• Over 3 years of experience in supporting business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce; administrative experience is beneficial but not the primary focus of the role.
• Familiarity with business applications like HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to system integrations or automation tools (Celigo, Zapier, Informatica, etc.) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and translating business needs into effective solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
