Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, business development, and data engineering teams to identify issues and enhance product metrics visibility.

• Convert intricate product and business inquiries into practical insights.

• Develop, sustain, and expand self-service dashboards and tailored visualization tools.

• Manage comprehensive analytics for growth products, encompassing data requirements, opportunity assessment, experiment design, and post-launch impact evaluations.

• Foster trusted partnerships across teams, linking technology, business, and product functions.

• Utilize mathematical and statistical modeling techniques, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning, to address business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience, excluding academic projects and internships, in quantitative analysis within high-scale tech companies, leading consulting firms, or investment banks with a strong focus on programming.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing digital product experiments, such as A/B and multivariate tests.

• Practical experience with Tableau or Looker.

• Background in applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics to generate product-influencing insights.

• Strong statistical programming capabilities in Python.

• Familiarity with Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.

• Clear and professional spoken and written English communication skills.
