Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Analyze real-time dashboards, system notifications, and key performance indicator trends

• Detect performance exceptions, irregularities, and evolving patterns across operations, sales, and financial metrics

• Collaborate with Operations leaders, Directors, and Executives to present insights, forecasts, and recommendations

• Create or improve dashboards, reporting frameworks, and system integrations

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

• Record insights, system modifications, and opportunities for improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business analytics, systems analysis, or data-driven operational roles

• Advanced proficiency in database management and data modeling

• Significant experience in developing dashboards, performance reports, and process documentation

• Proven ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
