Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the liaison among product teams, engineers, and end users by managing requests, resolving issues, and keeping all parties informed.

• Address incoming requests for assistance or information promptly and clearly.

• Develop and maintain training materials, step-by-step guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to empower users to assist themselves.

• Create and manage a self-service knowledge base utilizing SharePoint and GitHub.

• Escalate technical problems to the appropriate personnel and ensure they are followed up until resolved.

• Assist with configuration and setup tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. In accordance with federal contract stipulations, some roles may also necessitate U.S. citizenship and the capability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.

• Experience working between technical and non-technical teams — capable of translating information effectively in both directions.

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to producing clear, practical documentation.

• Background in creating training materials and self-service tools that are effectively utilized by users.

• Familiarity with SharePoint and GitHub platforms.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is advantageous.

• Experience with Human-Centered Design principles is a plus.

• Comfortable functioning in an Agile environment.

• Flourishes in a remote, collaborative setting and genuinely enjoys assisting others in problem-solving.

• Communicates effectively and transparently, whether drafting a user guide or engaging in a call to resolve a complex issue.

• Undertakes other related responsibilities as assigned.
