Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Elicit and collect detailed requirements from both business and technical stakeholders, proactively identifying gaps and clarifying any ambiguities.

• Comprehend intricate business processes and decompose them into clear, actionable functional requirements and workflows.

• Facilitate essential Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and the creation of user stories with robust acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on frontend/backend dependencies and implementation constraints.

• Support software and product development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle in dynamic delivery environments.

• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process and product documentation, even in cases where baseline documentation is sparse.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong professional experience in gathering requirements and conducting business analysis within fast-paced software development settings.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and convert them into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical workflows.

• Extensive experience working within Agile frameworks, with active backlog management and sprint collaboration.

• Solid technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineers regarding backend/frontend constraints and data dependencies.

• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for daily documentation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
