Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize and evaluate data related to insurance offerings.

• Analyze and map Trade-In procedures, from assessment to buyback and resale.

• Assist in defining business rules for Trade-In platforms (trade-in value, eligibility, technical criteria).

• Create and maintain management dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and Looker.

• Collaborate with Product, Actuarial, Commercial, and Claims teams, converting requests into strategic analyses.

• Track business KPIs including loss ratio, retention, LTV, churn, sales performance, and profitability.

• Ensure the integrity and governance of data utilized in reports.

• Engage in digital transformation and projects focused on data-driven innovation in insurance.

• Monitor KPIs such as adoption rates, average ticket size, margin by channel, and repurchase cycles.

• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Reverse Logistics, Finance, and re-commerce partners.

• Assist in modeling promotional campaigns aimed at encouraging the exchange of used products.

• Generate management dashboards and analytical reports to facilitate decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in data analysis within the financial services or insurance sector.

• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in Trade-In programs (buyback/recommerce) and knowledge of retail products.

• Preferred: Experience working with insurance companies, banks, or fintechs.
