Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional solutions.

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

• Work closely with development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.

• Leverage Atlassian Rovo to enhance information retrieval, documentation, and knowledge management.

• Collaborate with technical teams using GitHub and GitHub Copilot to understand workflows and facilitate communication between business and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements.

• Proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge or experience using Atlassian Rovo.

• Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Copilot.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in digital transformation projects or software development.

• Understanding of artificial intelligence tools applied to functional analysis or project management.

• Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments.

• Analytical orientation, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
