Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements;

• Prioritize requirements for upcoming releases and sprint planning;

• Engage in Sprint Planning and assist with preparatory tasks;

• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders;

• Refine and groom requirements in collaboration with the project team;

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Development, and QA teams to ensure clarity and readiness of requirements for implementation;

• Oversee the product backlog and aid in prioritizing requirements;

• Facilitate and take part in Sprint Demo sessions;

• Conduct impact analysis alongside the Development team;

• Review and verify defects, ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in eliciting and analyzing requirements;

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with stakeholders;

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, including security and role-based access requirements;

• Experience in managing backlogs and prioritization strategies;

• Proficiency in using Postman for API testing and validation;

• Capability to review and work with API specifications;

• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and remote teams;

• Ability to work with detailed business and functional requirements;

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

• Experience in identifying gaps in requirements and conducting risk analysis;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
