This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• **What You'll Be Doing**
• Take responsibility for a portfolio of intricate claims from the initial evaluation to successful resolution.
• Conduct site assessments of damaged residential and commercial properties throughout the UK.
• Evaluate building damage and offer expert technical guidance on insurance-related issues.
• Oversee complex reinstatement projects, ensuring quality, cost management, and timely execution.
• Create comprehensive reports, specifications, tender documents, and contract administration paperwork.
• Manage multiple significant loss claims while consistently meeting agreed service standards and SLAs.
• Develop trusted relationships with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters, brokers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service, especially for High Net Worth clients.
• Offer regular updates and maintain clear communication throughout the claims process.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, client expectations, and industry regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes through broader services offered by Davies Group.
• Assist colleagues and contribute to team success during periods of heightened claim volumes.
• **Essential Experience & Qualifications**
• Previous experience in Building Surveying, Major Loss Surveying, or a related role.
• Degree qualified in:
• Building Surveying
• Civil Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of domestic and commercial construction techniques.
• Experience in managing complex building reinstatement projects.
• Full UK driving licence.
