This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and oversee the content calendar for all primary social media platforms.
• Establish weekly themes, formats, and guidelines for creators.
• Review and authorize all content prior to publication.
• Enhance captions, hashtags, and posting times based on audience insights.
• Synchronize content with significant academic and cultural events (intakes, exams, festivals, deadlines).
• Transform SEO-focused content into captivating social media formats.
• Define and uphold a consistent brand voice and identity.
• Position the brand as a native, student-centric platform aligned with UK culture.
• Keep an eye on competitors and pinpoint opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop brand guidelines.
• Implement a content-driven, soft-sell strategy that emphasizes lifestyle and student engagement.
• Manage content creators, video editors, and marketing support personnel.
• Provide clear briefs, constructive feedback, and performance guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows with SEO and marketing teams.
• Conduct regular meetings and onboard new creators as necessary.
• Supervise community engagement channels, including social media and messaging groups.
• Establish tone, templates, and strategies for engagement.
• Propel organic growth through collaborations, comments, and trending content.
• Monitor and enhance follower growth, engagement metrics, and inbound interest.
• Utilize platform analytics tools to assess performance.
• Prepare weekly insights and actionable reports.
• Continuously adjust strategies based on data and market trends.
• 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or growth marketing.
• Experience working with international student audiences (preferably in the UK, US, or Australia markets).
• Demonstrated success in expanding social media accounts (particularly Instagram and TikTok).
• Strong knowledge of short-form video content and engagement dynamics.
• Background in managing creators, freelancers, or ambassador programs.
• Exceptional written communication skills characterized by a natural and conversational tone.
• Highly self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
• Personal experience studying abroad (UK preferred).
• Familiarity with student ambassador or campus programs.
• Knowledge of SEO and content-driven growth strategies.
• Exposure to YouTube and Snapchat content strategies.
