• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations to implement the long-term vision for Brand Project Management and Creative Operations, encompassing systems, tools, and team structures that accommodate company growth.
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and the Chief Marketing Officer to guarantee visibility, efficiency, comprehensive process documentation and enforcement, as well as alignment across all project interactions.
• Spearhead the development and enhancement of processes across intake, prioritization, execution, and post-mortem evaluations.
• Incorporate AI, creative technology, and automation tools to boost creative throughput and return on investment (ROI).
• Guide and nurture junior project managers and producers, promoting a culture of collaboration, clarity, and accountability.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and resources for integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Assist in leading the resourcing strategy to align the right talent with the right tasks at the right moments using workload analysis and forecasting tools.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute intricate 360 campaigns (TVC, OOH, digital, packaging, experiential) by ensuring alignment among all creative and marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department leaders to define and convey project scopes, priorities, and timelines.
• Facilitate internal meetings (discovery, status, review) and promote collaborative problem-solving and decision-making.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external teams regarding project health, risks, and obstacles.
• Confirm that every brief and execution adheres to brand standards and maintains creative integrity.
• Serve as the final quality checkpoint for creative accuracy before assets are published.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on project KPIs to perpetually enhance processes and creative performance.
• Regularly audit and refine workflows to minimize friction and improve speed, quality, and output.
• 5-7+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience collaborating with marketing and planning teams.
• Proficient in: Monday.com, Digital Asset Management Systems.
• Extensive knowledge of all facets of marketing processes, including digital, creative, offline, packaging, and e-commerce.
• Strong work ethic, outstanding organizational abilities, and proactive communication: Must be organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to communicate, follow up, and meet tight deadlines.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, often under pressure.
• Proactive mindset towards projects with the ability to think ahead; demonstrates initiative to achieve results and resolve issues, consistently following through with transparency.
