📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, encompassing strategic prospecting and discovery through to solution design, negotiation, and closure.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior marketing executives and generate new opportunities within enterprise brands.

• Facilitate strategic discussions regarding creator marketing, commerce, measurement, AI, and the dynamic digital media environment.

• Meet revenue goals while ensuring accurate forecasts are maintained.

• Enhance existing partnerships while consistently broadening your portfolio.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Campaign Operations, Client Success, Product, and Leadership to provide outstanding client experiences.

• Represent MagicLinks at industry conferences and executive meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, the creator economy, social media platforms, digital media, retail media, commerce, or marketing technology.

• Demonstrated success in building a pipeline, securing enterprise business, and excelling in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales position.

• Experience in selling to complex organizations and establishing relationships from marketing managers to executive leadership.

• Knowledge of influencer measurement that goes beyond impressions, including brand building, incrementality, attribution, retail outcomes, and long-term business implications.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and listening abilities, with a knack for customizing solutions to meet client requirements.

• Capability to generate new business and thrive in uncertain environments.

• Proficiency in acting with urgency, upholding high standards, and addressing complex challenges.

• A collaborative, accountable attitude with a sense of ownership.
