Senior Brand & Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and execution of marketing and sales materials.

• Creation of digital campaign assets, websites, landing pages, and performance creatives.

• Design of presentations, slide decks, and various content formats (e.g., whitepapers, brochures, webinars).

• Converting requirements into effective design solutions.

• Organizing briefings and crafting clear, understandable, and impactful designs.

• Maintaining a consistent brand image across all platforms.

• Implementing and enhancing the design system and brand guidelines at all touchpoints.

• Working independently and efficiently.

• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects; ensuring quick and pragmatic execution while upholding high quality standards.

• Collaborating effectively within the team.

• Coordinating closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales while providing professional support to our working student.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic or communication design within a digital context (preferably in SaaS).

• A strong portfolio emphasizing branding, campaigns, and digital applications (submission required).

• A structured, independent working approach with a solid understanding of marketing and business objectives.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing design systems and brand guidelines.

• Background in designing digital marketing assets (e.g., websites, landing pages, campaigns, presentations, and content formats).

• Familiarity with paid performance creatives (Google / Meta) is a plus.

• Proficient in Figma and other common design tools.

• Commitment to high quality standards while maintaining a broader perspective.

• Excellent German language skills (C2) and good command of English (B2).
