This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Design and implement global brand initiatives that are in line with the corporate brand strategy and business goals.
β’ Spearhead the formulation and execution of the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand strategy in collaboration with HR and Internal Communications.
β’ Establish and consistently refine the EVP, employer brand positioning, key messaging, target demographics, and priority geographical areas.
β’ Strategize and execute quarterly and monthly Brand and Employer Brand campaigns with well-defined objectives, KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
β’ Oversee cross-functional brand projects, including corporate campaigns, support for product launches, rebranding efforts, employer brand activations, and strategic communication initiatives.
β’ Enhance corporate and employer brand visibility in key markets in accordance with the global brand strategy.
β’ Liaise with external agencies and production partners: create briefs, manage proposals, supervise creative development, ensure production quality, and handle documentation and delivery.
β’ Direct the development of branding materials, such as campaign concepts, videos, digital content, presentations, branded merchandise, event materials, and marketing collateral.
β’ Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications by upholding visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
β’ Evaluate brand and employer brand performance, generate KPI reports, and offer data-driven insights for improvement.
β’ Foster strong collaboration with HR, Brand Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, Design, and Events.
β’ Assist in the company's involvement in industry rankings, conferences, speaking engagements, and employer branding activities.
β’ A minimum of 3β5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, or Employer Branding.
β’ Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and launching brand positioning and repositioning from the ground up, including positioning strategy, messaging formulation, and cross-functional execution.
β’ Proven ability to manage intricate cross-functional brand projects from the planning stage to execution.
β’ Strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, negotiation, and strategic planning.
β’ Experience working with creative production, agencies, campaign development, and brand governance.
β’ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and integrated communication channels.
β’ Analytical mindset with experience in assessing brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
β’ Proficient in English at an advanced level.
β’ Proficient in Russian at an advanced level.
β’ Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
