This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the annual event calendar, which includes tradeshows, association events (AMVOQ, UCDA, CITT, RQRA), partner events, and proprietary experiences.
• Organize and implement private events, dinners, roundtables, activations, and exclusive gatherings tailored for target accounts and partners.
• Oversee all logistics from start to finish: managing venues, vendors, on-site execution, and follow-up on sales post-event.
• Monitor and report on generated pipeline, the quality of attendance, and the overall return on investment (ROI) for events.
• Investigate unconventional formats such as pop-ups, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and brand activations—anything that contributes to a memorable experience is worth exploring.
• Create and suggest campaign ideas that include real-world formats like print and OOH, guiding them from concept through to execution.
• Manage co-branded assets and campaigns alongside association and channel partners.
• Work together with Product Marketing on social media and content scheduling to ensure a robust and distinctive presence on LinkedIn.
• Make sure all brand touchpoints (collateral, promotional items, event materials) reflect the high quality and positioning of the product.
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience focusing on field, events, or brand management.
• Demonstrated success in executing events—from private dinners to large tradeshows—with measurable impacts on pipeline.
• Ability to think in terms of accounts and pipeline rather than just registrations or attendance.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong creative instincts with a clear perspective on what makes a brand memorable.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale output.
