This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You assist in the creation and execution of our B2B commercial strategy for ESN, translating strategic initiatives into actionable steps for the market.
β’ You collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Trade Marketing to formulate customer- and channel-specific growth strategies.
β’ You oversee go-to-market initiatives, which include assortment and portfolio suggestions, promotions, and the launch of innovations.
β’ You assess sales, distribution, profitability, and sell-out metrics, providing actionable insights for our sales teams.
β’ You craft and present sales narratives, sell-in materials, category justifications, and presentations for key accounts.
β’ You aid in developing pricing strategies, promotional activities, and portfolio recommendations while contributing to sustainable growth.
β’ You coordinate multi-functional projects involving Sales, Brand, Product, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners.
β’ You recognize opportunities for enhancing process and commercial excellence and take initiative to advance them independently.
β’ You assist the Brand Commercial Lead with strategic endeavors, business assessments, and the advancement of our B2B organization.
β’ You possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
β’ You bring 3β5 years of relevant professional experience in Commercial, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Development, or Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
β’ You have experience in collaborating with Sales and in developing commercial concepts and go-to-market strategies.
β’ You demonstrate strong analytical abilities and experience working with KPIs, sales, and market data.
β’ You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI or reporting tools is advantageous.
β’ You exhibit excellent communication and project management capabilities and thrive in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
β’ You are highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to take responsibility.
β’ You possess excellent skills in both German and English.
