This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of brand stewardship and ensure uniformity across all content and channels.
• Extract materials from live sessions, events, and internal resources to create scalable assets.
• Prepare and brief leadership for their appearances at events, podcasts, and presentations.
• Establish creative direction for content across social media and other media platforms.
• Develop and sustain a forward-thinking content strategy and calendar.
• Collaborate with internal content and creative team members to realize the brand vision.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance reach and engagement.
• Create systems to scale content production over time.
• Over 3 years of experience supporting a founder, executive, or personal brand.
• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling a personal or executive brand.
• Exceptional writing and content strategy skills.
• Experience working with various content formats and platforms.
• Ability to convert complex ideas into accessible and engaging content.
• Familiarity with AI tools to assist in content creation and systematization.
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on content and brand performance.
